Dr. Elizabeth N. Dawson is a General Pediatrician licensed by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners and certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Dawson received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, Birmingham, and completed her three-year Pediatric Residency program at Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, Illinois.
